With support from China’s National Light Industry Council and Jiangxi’s textile industry, Greatchip launched the "Design Mentorship Program" to turn factory expertise into classroom learning.

This approach leads to more internship and job opportunities for university students in Jiangxi Province.

Experienced engineers and designers guide students through hands-on training, helping them transform textbook knowledge into practical skills.

We bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world factory needs.

Students learn to design lightweight durable suitcases and create bags using eco-friendly materials.

Local university students intern at our factories to see how design sketches become finished products.

Many students choose to stay and work in Jiangxi, contributing their talents to the development of local industries.

Through this program, we create learning opportunities and jobs for young people in Jiangxi.

Students have more job opportunities by learning design skills. At the same time, local suppliers have increased their income through collaborative product development.
