- Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or charge?

Yes, a sample order is welcomed. But not for free, we will refund you when the mass order placed.
- Q: Do you accept customized?

Yes, customized orders are highly welcomed. We have an independent R&D team and design team to provide you with customized designs, and we have extensive experience with quality OEM & ODM manufacturing.
- Q: What are your terms of payment?

Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C, Paypal and Western Union.
Our normal payment term is 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.
- Q: What's the delivery time?

Generally speaking, 7-15 days after confirmation of order, but the extra time is according to your quantity.

Send us an inquiry - confirm product and materials - offer our quotations - negotiate order details - confirm samples - customer provides feedback on samples - factory modified samples - confirm pre production sample and expected delivery time - sign the contract - pay deposit - pay balance before shipment.

We have 8 production lines, 200+ skillful workers, and every day can produce around 6000 pieces of luggage.
- Q: What’s the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1x40 HQ as usual. For small quantity order, we could accept 100-500 pcs with stock colors or material.
20'': 500 pcs for 20GP, 1000 pcs for 40GP, 1200 pcs for 40HQ
24'': 350 pcs for 20GP, 650 pcs for 40GP, 750 pcs for 40HQ
28'': 250 pcs for 20GP, 450 pcs for 40GP, 550 pcs for 40HQ
