In traditional luggage manufacturing, metal frames are often heavy and prone to oxidation, while soft-shell structures may lack sufficient load-bearing and protective capabilities. After years of research and improvement, Greatchip’s R&D team has successfully integrated high-performance plastic materials into the frame structure and applied advanced high-pressure injection molding to achieve one-piece forming.
